There is no return and replacement option which is making this shopping experience extremely pathetic. I have a strong doubt that I have received a used product. Even before scanning and synchronising it with the “Da fit app” on my phone, it has pre-installed information which is unusual compared to other smart watches. IN CAPS I WOULD REVIEW IT AS COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
