Writing an honest review: I’ve been using Pilgrim NT Hairfall Serum for over six months, and it’s lightweight, quick-absorbing, and easy to use. The spray applicator, however, doesn’t work well. I haven’t seen a major reduction in hair fall by itself, but when combined with a proper hair care routine, it helps keep hair fall under control. No strong fragrance and feels gentle on hair. Overall, I’d rate it 3.5–4 out of 5. A good serum, but remember—no serum alone can completely stop hair fall.
