Love it. It is not a lip balm, as it is not hydrating. It is more of a lip tint, you smudge and get a nice Korean lip tint effect. If applied normally it is like a moussy matte lipstick, comfortable on the lips and not drying at all. It does fade after you’ve had food, but that’s alright. You can easily carry it and reapply

I really loved the Pout Cloud from Typsy Beauty. It feels super light on my lips, goes on smoothly, and gives that soft blurred matte look without drying them out. It stays comfortable for hours. Perfect for everyday wear! The only disappointment is the shade pay off…it looks different from the image shown..quality wise I love it!💄✨
