I have really mixed feelings about this Biotique Bio Honey Water Toner. On one hand, the formula itself is actually impressive for the price. It’s alcohol-free, which is a huge plus because it doesn’t give me that stinging, dry sensation that most cheap toners do. My skin feels instantly refreshed and much more balanced after using it, and I’ve noticed it really helps with controlling oil throughout the day.
However, there are a few things that make it a “love-hate” relationship:
The Fragrance: It has a very strong, distinct herbal scent. Sometimes I find it refreshing, but other times it feels a bit overwhelming, especially if you prefer fragrance-free skincare.
