It’s deep cleansing, hydrating, fresh, love the fruity citrus smell, and its visible that my dark spots and acnes are fading away, definite
ly gonna stick on to this facewash for a long time! And I’m going to explore more for their products cuz I believe I can trust this brand from now. As someone who has tried various skincare products, I was eager to try the Chemist at Play 30x Vitamin C Face Wash. After using it for a few weeks, I’m quite impressed with the results.Firstly, the packaging is convenient and easy to use, with a pump dispenser that helps control the amount of product you use, minimizing waste. The texture of the face wash is smooth and lathers up nicely, providing a refreshing cleanse without being too harsh on the skin. What I love most about this face wash is its brightening effect.

If you’re expecting a miracle product, this isn’t it. But as a workhorse facewash for acne-prone or oily skin, salicylic acid actually does its job. It cuts through oil, keeps pores clearer, and reduces those tiny bumps and whiteheads over a few weeks. Don’t expect instant smooth skin after one wash — that’s not how SA works.
The texture is usually lightweight and rinses clean, which is good because heavy formulas defeat the point of exfoliating. It can feel drying, especially if you’re already dehydrated or you overuse it. People who use it twice a day and then complain about irritation are just using it wrong. Once a day is enough for most.
Does it reduce acne? Yes, slowly and consistently. Does it magically remove dark spots? No. You still need sunscreen and patience for that.
In short: if your skin gets oily, congested, or breaks out often, this is a solid, reliable facewash. If you have very dry or sensitive skin, it might be too harsh unless used sparingly.
