This toner is okay it’s good it’s not as milky as I expected, even tho it says it’s for dry skin I find that even my oily skin is fine using this, it gives hydration without being too greasy and heavy. The only thing i don’t like much about it is that the ceramides and the niacinamide are quite low in concentration.
