I have been using Maybelline kajal for quite some time now, and honestly, it has become one of my everyday essentials. The first thing I love about this kajal is its deep black color. It gives a very bold and intense look in just one swipe, which makes my eyes stand out beautifully.
The texture is very smooth and creamy, so it glides easily on the waterline without any tugging or irritation. It feels very lightweight and comfortable on the eyes, which is perfect for long hours. One of the best things about this kajal is that it is smudge-resistant and long-lasting. Once applied, it stays in place for many hours without spreading or fading easily. Even in hot and humid weather, it performs really well.

I bought this gel eyeliner so that I could draw more intensely black eyeliner wings and for party wear. But the product seems to be more suitable for a kajal eye look than anything else.
It’s a gel formula but it’s not as creamy. The application was a bit patchy for my liking and I couldn’t use it to draw any dramatic winged eyeliner. So I tried using it as kajal and it wasn’t too comfortable to wear as a kajal either because it applied patchy and so bits of it kept bothering my eye. But it did last all day. It also didn’t smudge as much which is a plus. The brush is definitely not the best to use either as I did struggle with it.
Overall, if you’re just looking for a good gel eyeliner to wear as kajal and for it to last all day and not smudge too much and still give the intense pigment, then this product is worth the money. But if you’re like me looking to draw dramatic eyeliner looks then it’s definitely not worth it.
