Product is good but cooling effect doesn’t last for 8 hours as it is mentioned. It lasts for maximum 45-60 min. Packaging is nice as it is protected with a cardboard type something inside the outer box. Delivery experience is also good. I got one day before the mentioned date in the app. Overall experience is nice. You can go for it
